FAQ

Where is your office located?

My office is located on the northeast corner of Stirling Road and Park Road in Hollywood. It is in a professional offices complex, with plenty of parking available.

2699 Stirling RoadBuilding C, #403EFt. Lauderdale, FL 33312

It can sometimes be complicated to find the office once you arrive. When you get there, park in either the front or east facing side of the building.

You can enter from the front or east side of the building and locate the elevators that will take you to the 4th floor on the east side of the complex (Building C).

Once you reach the 4th floor, find the Professional offices in the middle of the hallway, walk through the double glass doors, and make a left to find Suite 403E.

What are your hours?

I have availability during the day, evenings, and weekends, if necessary. Call me, and we can find a time that works best for you.

How long are sessions?

Individual sessions are 45 minutes. Family sessions are 60 minutes.

In some cases in family therapy, I may request sessions to be extended to 90 minutes to give more time for everyone to speak with more people in the room.

How do I set up an initial appointment?

You can call me to set up an appointment or fill out the contact form as well, and I will get back to you!

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions must be cancelled with a minimum 24-hour notice. If sessions are not cancelled within that time frame, you will be charged the full fee.

How long will I be in therapy?

This is the most popular question everyone wants to know. And to be honest, there’s no answer.

It all depends on why you’ve reached out for therapy, what your concerns and goals are, and how you dive into the vulnerability that is necessary for healing.

If you are worried about time constraints, let me know; we can develop a comfortable plan for you.

How would you describe yourself as a therapist?

Previous clients have described me as calm, grounded, and easy to sit with in session.

I can be humorous and fun, especially with younger clients. I also tend to be direct and upfront with what I am thinking,

I approach therapy as a way to heal our relationships with others.

I will use our therapeutic relationship to help you gain insight into how other relationships in your life are affecting you, as well as use it to help you feel comfortable.
